We catalyze inclusion and belonging as a job search platform that supports women of all gender identities, race, sexual orientation and age across all industries and career levels.
Women need 3 primary things when looking for work - 1) confidence and trust 2) a plan 3) and support. While job boards are still a main source of employer advertising, women have become skeptical because of gender biases in the recruitment process. We help restore that trust through our community and advocacy for women first. Our audience comes to us for advice and guidance and resources they can trust.
