Women's Job Search Network operates an Internet website located at: http://www.womensjobsearchnetwork.com (the “Company”) which provides resources for female jobseekers and is configured to support third party sponsored content and advertisements.

Customer wishes to purchase advertising space in our website and or newsletter that is distributed via email, coupled with hypertext pointers or “hotlinks” which, when one is clicked on by a mouse, transports visitors from online document to the Advertised Site. Customer hereby engages the services of Women's Job Search Network to run Advertisement(s) and share sponsored content pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Submission of Advertisement(s).

The Customer will submit any and all Advertisements on this page. Women's Job Search Network may, in its good faith and reasonable judgment, reject any Advertisement or content which is not in the proper format, and/or reject any link to an Advertised Site which is not materially functional and/or which Women's Job Search Network considers unsuitable at the Company's sole discretion.

If Women's Job Search Network rejects an Advertisement or content and the Customer is unable or unwilling to comply with Host Provider’s submission guidelines, then placement and hosting of the applicable Ad shall be deemed cancelled.

3. Fees & Payment Terms/Metrics.

(a) Advertising Fee.

An advertising fee (the “Fee”) will be paid by Customer to Women's Job Search Network as compensation for setting up, placing, and sharing Advertisement pursuant to the terms hereof.

The Fee shall be set non-refundable and Women's Job Search Network does not guarantees of click throughs or response rates.
